Service TypesThis data service provides a completely private network connection between two locations. Many bandwidth options are available. Frame Relay provides a virtual private network connection between a host and multiple locations utilizing packet switched technology. Information is sent in data packets and routed through the fastest path to each location. VPN service provides virtual private Internet connectivity to many different types of users. These users can access the Internet at the office, on the road, or at their homes. This data service is a very high-speed transmission technology mostly used in metro networks.
